David M. Feldman, CFP®, CSA
President and Senior Wealth Manager
David M. Feldman is President of Wechter Feldman Wealth Management and holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. He is also a licensed producer for life, health, long-term care and disability insurance.
Since 1987, Mr. Feldman has held senior-level positions in financial services, insurance, and business consulting. As President of WFWM, David focuses on providing customized wealth management services for individuals, families, estates, and trusts. He has dedicated his career to helping others achieve their financial goals through experienced investment management and personalized financial planning.
In recognition of his professional achievements, David is honored to have been named by Medical Economics magazine as a Best Financial Advisor for Doctors and with inclusion in Who’s Who in America. David is also a published author in the prestigious Journal of Financial Planning and has served as editorial consultant to Harcourt Brace for its financial planning publications.
As a member of the Financial Planning Association, Mr. Feldman has served on the New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors. He is also a member of Standard & Poor’s (S&P) Advisory Panel, the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and the Morris Advisors Roundtable, a group of nationally recognized financial planners and wealth managers.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University with Honors, and he has completed investment management courses at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Melissa Weisz, CFP®, CFA
Vice President and Advisory Services Analyst
Melissa Weisz serves as Vice President and Advisory Services Analyst for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. She holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Chartered Financial Analyst®.
Ms. Weisz has provided wealth management services at WFWM for over 10 years. She develops personalized investment management and financial planning strategies, with experience addressing a broad range of financial goals for individuals and families. Melissa’s expertise with proprietary and industry-leading technology solutions helps provide clients with advanced, customized analytics and service.
Ms. Weisz was selected to serve as a WIN Advocate for CFP Board’s Women’s Initiative (WIN), encouraging women to participate in financial planning careers. She is a member of the CFA Institute, Financial Planning Association and New York Society of Securities Analysts.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with Honors.
Michael L. Green, CFP®, AWMA®
Senior Wealth Manager and Advisory Services Analyst
Michael Green is a Senior Wealth Manager and Advisory Services Analyst for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. He holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠. Michael is also a licensed producer for life, health, long-term care and disability insurance.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Mr. Green has advised individual investors and business owners through a myriad of market conditions with personalized care and individual attention. In recognition of his professional achievements in the financial services industry, he has been honored with inclusion in Who’s Who in Finance.
As a regular contributor to The Star-Ledger, New Jersey’s largest newspaper, Mr. Green provides insights on a variety of financial planning topics and retirement questions. He has also served as a member of the Financial Planning Association’s Committees on Public Awareness and Pro-Bono program.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on management and economics from Towson University. Before joining WFWM, he held the position of Senior Investment Consultant with TD Ameritrade, Inc.
Gary A. Herz, CFP®, EA, RICP®
Director of Research and Advisory Services Analyst
Gary Herz serves as Director of Research and Advisory Services Analyst for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. He holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Enrolled Agent with the IRS, and Retirement Income Certified Professional.
Mr. Herz has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with specialization in investment management and tax planning. Gary’s tax expertise enhances the wealth management strategies at WFWM and addresses the impact of taxes on investing. Gary provides research for monitoring client portfolios, along with regular market and economic commentary.
Gary holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the New York Institute of Technology.
Mary Ann Marchese
Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Mary Ann Marchese is the Executive Assistant to David Feldman and serves as Office Manager for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. Along with assisting Mr. Feldman with a broad range of administrative needs, she handles bookkeeping, HR, and keeps WFWM up-to-date on the latest technology and systems.
Prior to joining WFWM, Ms. Marchese held senior administrative and office manager positions for many years with a mid-size accounting firm in New Jersey.
Financial Administrative Assistant
Bernice Ching serves as Financial Administrative Assistant for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. Ms. Ching assists clients with complex financial administrative needs. Bernice also serves as liaison between WFWM and qualified custodians to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative requests.
Prior to joining WFWM, Ms. Ching held senior management positions in banking as well as management positions for an international brokerage firm.
Debbie Molan serves as Administrative Assistant for Wechter Feldman Wealth Management. Ms. Molan strengthens the connection between clients and WFWM’s advisory team by facilitating communications on an ongoing basis.
Ms. Molan has many years of professional administrative experience, including paralegal and IT support positions.
